THE SPOT
The Spot is a food hall serving many unique and delicious kinds of Asian fusion cuisine. With the goal of continuously introducing new Asian food trends and concepts to the DMV, Edward Wong first opened The Spot in Rockville, Maryland July 2018. The Spot Camp Springs location is Edward’s fourth food hall location and houses eight storefronts including Gong Cha, Cheers Cut, Mian, Poki District, Pizza Art, Eggloo, Tamashi, and Lightyear Bar.
APOLLO SALON LOFTS & SUITES
With more details coming soon, the upscale Apollo Salon Lofts & Suites is designed to provide entrepreneurs with a retail location to run their own business without the heavy cost of a retail lease. Each private space will be built out and leased complete with the finest features including security and luxury furnishings. From there, our tenants can personalize their rented space unique to their personality, culture, and feel so they may serve and build their clientele. Need some buildout help?
