THE SPOT
The Spot is a food hall serving many unique and delicious kinds of Asian fusion cuisine. With the goal of continuously introducing new Asian food trends and concepts to the DMV, Edward Wong first opened The Spot in Rockville, Maryland July 2018. The Spot Camp Springs location is Edward’s fourth food hall location and houses eight storefronts including Gong Cha, Cheers Cut, Mian, Poki District, Pizza Art, Eggloo, Tamashi, and Lightyear Bar.
SUBWAY
An American restaurant that primarily sells submarine sandwiches (subs) and salads, Subway is one of the fastest-growing franchises in the world. We give you lots of choices when you visit. If you’re looking for a more nutritious option, our eight Fresh Fit™ sandwiches have five grams of fat or less. We have indulgent sandwiches too, if that’s what you’re looking for. You can also ask for any sub as a salad.
While these fabulous restaurants will soon be opening their doors to our Apollo apartment residents, please pardon our construction as we build out an additional 25,000 +/- square feet of retail. We continue to select quality restaurants whose cuisine types are not already addressed, and we are particular in placing them. An example of restaurants we are highly vetting include Tex-Mex, Indian, a dessert shop, a chicken restaurant, and a Thai restaurant.
Our residents of the luxury Apollo Aspire and Apollo Allure know we live up to the Apollo brand offering COMMUNITY — QUALITY — AMENITIES. There are many factors to approve retail applicants too.
