The Spot is a food hall serving many unique and delicious kinds of Asian fusion cuisine. With the goal of continuously introducing new Asian food trends and concepts to the DMV, Edward Wong first opened The Spot in Rockville, Maryland July 2018. The Spot Camp Springs location is Edward’s fourth food hall location and houses eight storefronts including Gong Cha, Cheers Cut, Mian, Poki District, Pizza Art, Eggloo, Tamashi, and Lightyear Bar.

With more details coming soon, the upscale Apollo Salon Lofts & Suites is designed to provide entrepreneurs with a retail location to run their own business without the heavy cost of a retail lease. Each private space will be built out and leased complete with the finest features including security and luxury furnishings. From there, our tenants can personalize their rented space unique to their personality, culture, and feel so they may serve and build their clientele. Need some buildout help? Our management team provides all the services you need.
While these fabulous restaurants have already or will soon open their doors to our Apollo apartment residents, USCIS, and the Town Center at Camp Springs retail community, please pardon our construction as we build out an additional 20,000 +/- square feet of retail. We continue to select quality restaurants whose cuisine types are not already addressed, and we are particular in placing them.
Our residents of the luxury Apollo Aspire and Apollo Allure know we live up to the Apollo brand offering COMMUNITY — QUALITY — AMENITIES. There are many factors to approve retail applicants too.
